Critical Needs

Nonhlanhla

We just received a call from Pastor Mbongeni. We have been told of some really tough situations that need our immediate help. This is Nonhlanhla. She is a double orphan who has been living with an aunt for the past 4 years. She returned home from school this past week to find that she no longer has a home to stay in. Apparently her aunt recently lost her job, was unable to pay rent and was driven from the home. The school informed Pastor Mbongeni that the girl is now homeless. We need to bring her into the children’s home.

This is Sthandwa. She is a double orphan and has been staying with her grandmother. Her uncle is sexually abusing her so we need to remove her from the home and get her safely into the children’s home.

These three girl’s are double orphans and are currently living alone with no one to care for them. Their home is inhabitable. There is no floor, just dirt. They have no beds or blankets or way to purchase food. We have purchased a pot and given them some mealie to cook, but it is extremely unsafe for the girls to live here alone. The community will take advantage of them. We are praying for immediate funds to purchase beds and blankets and bring them into the children’s home where they will be safe and fed.

IMMEDIATE NEEDS:

We need to raise 24,500 Rand, which comes to around $1600.00 US. We are stepping out in faith that the monthly sponsorships with come in to care for these kiddos.

We need to purchase bunkbeds, mattresses, blankets, school fees, school shoes, and food for the 5 children. We had a random “God donation” given to us this past weekend so we were able to send that $1000.00.

Please let us know if you would like to become a monthly sponsor for our children’s home. The cost to care for each child in the home is around $50.00 per month. Every month, we are sending thousands of dollars to make sure our kids are being fed, treated medically, and in school. Pray about becoming a partner with us. As always, 100% of funds donated go directly to Africa!

Thank you for your prayers & support,

Chad, Wendy, Brielle & Caden
