Dear Friends & Family,
We are happy to report that our first annual Pastor’s training conference in Swaziland was a huge success. Because of the positive response & testimonies, we are praying about doing more ongoing training on a monthly basis.
We have gotten the “all-clear” to begin the women’s home ministry project for Pastor Nelly. We have obtained and are ready to clear the land. This future home of ministry will rescue young women who are vulnerable and/or abused and in need of a safe place to heal and be restored. This home will be called “Bridge of Hope”. We know that empowering women will change the future of Swaziland. We are estimating the cost of this project to be between $5000-$7000.
It’s hard to believe that we are nearing the end of the year already. In Africa, this means the end of the school year. In January, all school fees will be due for the 2016 school year. Please prayerfully consider being a part of a child’s life by giving him hope for the future. A good education is one of the most important assets a child can have to lift him and his family out of poverty. An education inspires confidence and creates opportunities. Many families living in poverty may have to sacrifice a child’s education in order to have food to eat or a roof over their head. We want to take this burden off of families so they don’t have to choose between an education or daily survival. We are in need of $3000.00 to send our precious kids to school for one year. We are praying for 30 sponsors to sponsor $100.00 each or 60 sponsors at $50.00 each. We, as a family are sending our sponsored child to school for the year so that he can be given a hope for his future. Please pray about whether God is asking you to give a child hope for the future! The power of an educated child can change the future of Swaziland.
All donations are tax deductible and can be sent to CGE. The donations page will explain the details in order to give. Just make sure to label your giving to the project that you wish to be a part of. (ex. “school fees, child sponsorship, Bridge of Hope.”) Thank you for your continuous support over the years! We are grateful for everyone of you!
In His Service.
